ENROLLMENT
Newly admitted students complete the enrollment process via their
online Family Portal account. The non-refundable enrollment fee is
paid at the time the online enrollment forms are completed and
submitted.
CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT
Continuous Enrollment simplifies the entire enrollment process.
Families complete enrollment one time when they initially enroll.
Essentially, once that initial enrollment is complete, your student
will have a spot at TWMS until graduation after 8th grade
or until the family completes a withdrawal form.
For families, this means fewer deadlines, less paperwork, and no
worry over racing to enroll for coveted space in a full classroom.
For TWMS, Continuous Enrollment allows us to better budget and
forecast needs for the future.
Even more important to TWMS, is knowing that we have a commitment to
partner together in the education of your student. A long-range plan
is essential to the process of education, provides stability in our
classrooms and helps us plan for the future.
TWMS CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT FAQs
Continuous enrollment is a simplified process that is
paperless and convenient. Continuous enrollment means that
when you enroll your student, you are enrolling from that
date until your child graduates from 8th grade.
Continuous enrollment means less work for our families.
Families will no longer have to complete a reenrollment
packet every year, saving them time and effort. Your
enrollment and payment information will automatically
carry forward to the next school year.
Simply submit the “Intent to Withdraw Form” by the
deadline to avoid enrolling for the following school year
and paying the $350 non-refundable enrollment fee. You may
re-enroll later if space is available, and you will be
charged a $450 non-refundable enrollment fee at that time.
Policies are detailed in our
handbook
which can be found on the school website. Tuition will be
published on the website in December prior to the
withdrawal deadline. It is the parents’ responsibility to
review the handbook for any policy changes.
The Woodlands Methodist School reserves the right to
withdraw a student at any time due to student performance
or behavior issues, or if families have delinquent
financial obligations.
Any demographic or emergency contact update can be made in
your Family Portal account. Requests to update medical
history and acknowledge acceptance of school policies will
be sent to families prior to the start of school each
year.
Requests to change your payment plan or update your
financial information can be made by contacting the
Financial Office. The annual tuition payment plan must be
updated and approved by August 1st.
The Woodlands Methodist School admits students of any race,
color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges,
programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to
students at the school. The Woodlands Methodist School does not
discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality and ethnic
origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions
policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other
school-administered programs.
