In alignment with our mission to steward the heritage of the Wesleyan people, we felt a call from the Lord to go back to the hymnal. As we began to dig into the hymnal and bring our small offerings, the Lord so beautifully and tenderly pieced this album together. Our prayer is that through this album of old hymns and new, that you would feel the presence and power of God in new ways. That the theological richness of the hymns and the living Spirit of God would strengthen you and breathe a fresh wind of His presence into your life. We are humbled to share these songs with you and expectant for how the Lord will meet His people, and the church, through them.
El Señor nos invitó a colaborar con Ministerio en Español para crear una herramienta de adoración para la iglesia de habla hispana y su gente. Cuando empezamos a trabajar en este proyecto, sentimos que el Señor nos invitaba a reimaginar estas canciones, y al traducir las letras, las canciones cobraron vida propia. Oramos para que Altares, un EP de tres canciones en español, ayude a los hispanohablantes a conectar con el Señor, animando al cuerpo de Cristo a conocerle más. Nos sentimos honrados y agradecidos de compartir estas canciones y esperamos ansiosamente cómo el Señor alcanzará a Su pueblo a través de ellas.
